摘要
研究了花生种子人工老化与自然老化过程中所发生的一系列生理生化的变化。结果表明:随着老化程度的加深,种子的各项发芽指标逐渐降低,电导率逐渐升高;种子老化后其出苗率降低,出苗速度慢,幼苗的健壮度降低,根数减少,根体积减少,根干重降低;各生育期相差2~5 d,总生育期差别不大。
The physio-biochemical changes during naturally and artificial aging of peanut seed were studied. The results showed that each germination index of aged peanut seed would gradually reduce, but electrical conductivity would gradually rise. The seedling emergence rate, seedling emergence speed, seedling health, root number, root volume and root dry weight of aged peanut seed were reduced. Each period of duration had two to five days difference between aged peanut seed and normal peanut seed, but theirs total period of duration almost the same.
