摘要
目的探讨腔内血管成形术(TA)后再狭窄形成的部分机制。方法对家兔腹主动脉粥样硬化(AS)狭窄段行TA,观察培养的TA前后及正常血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的细胞计数和125碘-尿嘧啶脱氧核苷参入变化。结果TA后40h的VSMC数值较AS-VSMC增加不明显,但二者较正常VSMC明显增加。加入血小板后,各组VSMC的数值明显增加,差异均具显著性。结论AS-VSMC及TA后VSMC增殖均较正常VSMC加快;血小板促进TA前后VSMC的增殖。
Objective To explore the partial mechanism of restenosis after transluminal angioplasty (TA). Methods TA was performed in celiac arteries of rabbits with atherosclerotic (AS) narrowing. The value changes of cell counting and ^(125)Ideoxyuridine interpolation of cultured vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) separated from arteries before and after TA and normal ones were observed. Results Values of VSMC 40 hours after TA did not increased obviously compared with those of ASVSMC, but these values were much higher than those of normal VSMC. After being stimulating with platelets, values of VSMC of all groups increased significantly. Conclusion The growth of ASVSMC and VSMC after TA were faster than normal VSMC; platelets can promote the growth of VSMC before and after TA.
