摘要
试验以莴苣为试验材料,采用基质培方法,研究了不同形态和配比的氮素供应水平对莴苣硝酸盐积累的影响。结果表明:在氮素浓度为3.2mmolL-1,NO3--N与NH4+-N的比例为75∶25和50∶50时,与配比100∶0比较,单株产量增加显著,与配比100∶0比较,硝酸盐含量降低明显,所以确定其为最佳配比。
In the experiment, the Lettuce was used as experimental material, adopted the way of substrate culture to study the effects of different ratios and application rates of Nitrogen forms supply levels on the nitrate accumulation in Lettuce. The results showed that the single output inereasd, but the nitrate content actually decreased obviously when the concentration of nitrogen was 3.2mmol L and nitrate (NO3-N) to ammonium (NH4+-N) were 75 : 25 and 50 : 50.
