摘要
文章基于城市可持续发展的理论框架,分析了我国城市为降低地震破坏和损失而进行的避震疏散规划的原则、应注意的主要问题,以及与城市可持续发展的结合和相应的措施。
The paper analyzed the plan of earthquake elusion and dispersion on the base of theory of the urban sustainable development. The study included the basic principle and major problems of the plan of earthquake elusion and dispersion in urban. Then paper pointed out the corresponding measure to support the urban sustainable development.
