摘要 欢喜岭油田锦612块为高孔高渗型块状边水油藏。采用天然能量开发方式,压力下降快,油层脱气严重,原油黏度增大;运用直井注水开发,油水黏度比较大,平面、纵向注入水锥进现象严重。根据水平井开发可行性研究论证认为,块状边水油藏部署水平井,油井压降速度慢,控锥效果好,产量高,无水采油期长。根据锦612块地质特点,进一步落实构造、油层、隔层及空间展布情况,分析油层厚度、隔层厚度与开发效果的关系,提出"局部细分开发单元,水平井整体开发,直井与水平井组合注水"的"新"二次采油思路。水平井投产后,单井平均产油量30.4t·d-1,区块综合含水率下降12个百分点,达到了改善开发效果的目的,为同类型油藏的高效开发提供了借鉴和指导。 Block Jin 612 of Huanxiling Oilfield is a high permeability and high porosity reservoir with edge water. When this reservoir is developed by natural energy development, the formation pressure drops quickly with serious gas freeing, which leads to the high oil viscosity. But if it is developed by water injection with vertical wells, serious water invasion and water conning will occur because of the high oil water viscosity ratio. Based on the feasibility research on horizontal well, it is effective to develop this massive reservoir with edge water to plan the horizontal well, which can make the lower pressure drop, good water conning control, high production rate and long non-water production time. According to the geology features of Block Jin 612, this paper makes further study on the structure, the distribution of oil layer and impervious bed, and analyzes the relationship of oil layer and impervious bed thickness and development effect. It brings up a new secondary development thought for subdividing the develop units, integral horizontal well development and the combination of vertical well and horizontal well water injection. On basis of this development idea, the oil production of horizontal well reaches to 30.4t per day, the composite watercut declines by 12 percent, which improves the development performance and provides good reference for similar reservoir development.
