摘要
当代中国共产党人把"以人为本"作为新时期执政价值理念,其实质就是将人的全面发展和社会发展统一起来,更有实效性地促进中国特色社会主义和谐社会可持续发展,揭示了经济社会发展客观规律的实质所在。"以人为本"执政理念是对马克思主义"人学观"哲学思想的又一次深度理解、运用和发展。
CPC values its governing during the new period by the principle of ＂human-oriented＂, which can unite the overall development of human beings with social development, and efficiently promote the sustainable development of socialist harmonious society with Chinese features. Besides, ＂human-oriented＂ governing can reveal the central points of the objective law of economic and social development. In fact, it is the further understanding and feasible application of Marxist ＂Views on Human Beings＂.
