摘要
设计了通过电镀锌在碳纤维表面形成均匀的金属锌涂层,而后采用挤压铸造制备出Zn涂层Cf/Mg复合材料,并对其界面结合情况及力学和热膨胀性能进行研究。结果表明,锌涂层的引入,有效改善了复合材料的界面结合状态。Zn涂层Cf/Mg复合材料的弯曲弹性模量达到96.34GPa。在20~200℃内平均热膨胀系数为2.82×10-6℃-1,明显低于无涂层Cf/Mg复合材料及纯镁。
Zinc coating was prepared by electroplating and zinc coated Cf/Mg composite was fabricated by squeezing casting. Then interface property, mechanical and thermal expansion property of the composite were studied. The results show that the interface property is improved. The elastic modulus achieves 96.34 GPa and the mean thermal expansion coefficient is only 2.82×10^-6℃^-1 from 20℃ to 200℃ which is lower than uncoated Cf/Mg composite and pure magnesium.
