MAC技术在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)为一种侵入性检查手段,检查过程中多有恶心、呕吐、憋气等痛苦症状,有些患者对纤支镜检查怀有恐惧心理,甚至拒绝检查。我院于2008年7月以来开展监护下麻醉管理(monitored anesthesia care,MAC)技术在纤支镜检查中应用,效果满意,现报告如下:
