SPSF/PWA/SiO_2复合质子交换膜的制备与性能

摘要 用磷钨酸(PWA)和纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)对磺化双酚A聚砜(SPSF)进行掺杂并制膜,对膜的结构、质子传导率、热稳定性、溶胀度和机械性能等进行了研究.结果表明,PWA和SiO2的加入可以有效提高SPSF膜的质子传导率和使用温度、降低SPSF膜的溶胀度,同时使SPSF膜的热稳定性和机械性能略有下降. Membranes formed by sulfonated bisphenol A polysulfone (SPSF) and phosphotungstie acid (PWA) supported on nano-silica (SiO2) have been prepared. The structure, proton conductivity, thermal properties, swelling behaviors and mechanical properties of the membranes were investigated. The results show that the addition of PWA and SiO2 increases the proton conductivity and working temperature, decreases swelling, but produces a small decrease to thermal stability and mechanical properties of the SPSF membranes.
