摘要
通过对黑龙江省１９４１～１９９５年期间生产上主要推广的１７２个大豆品种蛋白质和脂肪含量分析，结果表明：蛋白质含量平均值为４０．１０％，变幅为３５．３１％～４６．０２％，变异系数为６．０８％。脂肪含量平均值为２０．５７％，变幅为１６．３８％～２３．４０％，变异系数为６．５６％。蛋白质和脂肪含量总和平均值为６０．６７％，变幅为５４．００％～６６．５０％，变异系数为３．４６％；大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量及双项之和不同地区间存在着差异，并且蛋白质含量和双项之和随着纬度的变化由高至低有递增的趋势。
The protein and fat contents of 172 soybean cultivars, which were used in Heilongjiang province during 1941-1995, were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the mean value of protein content was 40.10%, ranged within 35.31￣46.02%,with a C.V of 6.08%;the mean value of fat content was 20.57% ranged within 16.38￣23.40%,with a C.V of 6.56%. The total of protein and fat occupied 60.67% in seeds ,ranged within 54.00￣66.50%, with a C.V of 3.46%. The total content of protein and far varied from place to place in Heilongjiang province, and went down with the latitude increasing.
