摘要
通过对黑龙江省1941~1995年期间生产上主要推广的172个大豆品种蛋白质和脂肪含量分析,结果表明:蛋白质含量平均值为40.10%,变幅为35.31%~46.02%,变异系数为6.08%。脂肪含量平均值为20.57%,变幅为16.38%~23.40%,变异系数为6.56%。蛋白质和脂肪含量总和平均值为60.67%,变幅为54.00%~66.50%,变异系数为3.46%;大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量及双项之和不同地区间存在着差异,并且蛋白质含量和双项之和随着纬度的变化由高至低有递增的趋势。
The protein and fat contents of 172 soybean cultivars, which were used in Heilongjiang province during 1941-1995, were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the mean value of protein content was 40.10%, ranged within 35.31 ̄46.02%,with a C.V of 6.08%;the mean value of fat content was 20.57% ranged within 16.38 ̄23.40%,with a C.V of 6.56%. The total of protein and fat occupied 60.67% in seeds ,ranged within 54.00 ̄66.50%, with a C.V of 3.46%. The total content of protein and far varied from place to place in Heilongjiang province, and went down with the latitude increasing.
