摘要
计算机的普及使得人们的办公实现了现代化和信息化,而现代化办公的"无纸化"又使得档案管理工作发生了"质"的变化。文章根据住房公积金管理中心的业务特征,探讨如何实现住房公积金业务档案的规范管理,以提高应对自然灾害的防御能力。
The popularization of computers enables the realization of modernization and informationization of office work. Modem office work caused the fantastic change to file management. With regard to the operation character of housing accumulation fund management center, this paper explores the ways to manage the operation files of housing accumulation fund according to the norm so as to improve the defense capabihty to natural disaster.
