摘要
就建筑建设规模的不断扩大,以群塔安全作业为目的,探讨了群塔作业防碰撞技术的原理及方法,建立塔机数学模型,通过齐次变换计算塔机间危险距离,实现塔机的危险预警.编写C语言计算程序作为系统核心.以高位塔机吊钩与低位塔机塔臂防碰撞为实例,列举其安全及危险状况,解释防碰撞原理.
With advances of construction scales, the anti-collision principles and methodologies for tower cranes are first investigated for the safety purpose. Mterwards, a mathematical model via homogeneous transformation is established to calculate the dangerous distances amongst tower cranes in terms of precautions. Then, the proposed system is programmed using C language. Finally, an example, together with relevant dangerous conditions, is used to illustrate the ant-collision principle between upper crane hangers and lower crane booms.
