摘要
通识教育是带有普遍意义的人生教育,目的是使学生得到健康发展,培养全面发展、敏于探索、善于批判、勇于创新、乐于奉献的"全人",这与家政专业培养的毕业生应具备比较全面的人文、社会、自然科学复合型、综合性知识结构的人才理念相契合;同时家政专业生师比低,实行小班化教学,这对于渗透通识教育理念的教学方法的使用,效果会更好。要拓展高校家政专业课程的内容以渗透"通识教育"的理念并对不同年级、专业方向的学生开设相应的通识课程,以培养适应现代社会需要的具有健全人格的合格公民。
General education is education of life with universal significance, the purpose is to enable the students to develop in healthy way, to cultivate the students with all- round development, and to be sensitive to explore, good at criticism, creative and willing to devotion. General education is in line with the talents＇ qualification that graduates majored in home economics should have a mere comprehensive knowledge structure of humanities,social and natural sciences;simultaneously because of the low ratio of students and teachers of Home Economies. It will obtain a better effect to infiltrate the idea of ＂general education＂ through the implementation of small class teaching. Colleges and universities should expand the content of Home Economics curriculum in order to infiltrate the idea of ＂general education＂ and offer more ＂general education＂ curriculum for students of different grades and different majors, and bring up qualified citizens with sound personality who meeting the needs of modem society.
