摘要
运用艾森克人格问卷简式量表（EPQ-RSC），对参加2007-2008中国大学生排球联赛北方赛区的150名运动员进行测试。研究结果表明：不同水平、不同训练年限和不同位置的大学生排球运动员在精神质（P）和掩饰性（L）因子上均存在显著性差异（P 0．05）；不同性别和不同位置的大学生排球运动员在内外向（E）上均存在显著性差异（P 0．05）；不同水平和不同训练年限的大学生排球运动员在神经质（N）上均存在显著性差异（P 0．05）。结论：大学生排球运动员整体上呈现出较强的团队意识、内外向分化明显和情绪比较稳定的人格特征，同时也表现出明显的社会掩饰性倾向。
This paper tested 150 athletes from northern arena who participated in CUVA from 2007 to 2008 by using Eysenek personality questionnaire skeleton symbol meter （EPQ-RSC）. The findings indicated： there existed sharp difference （P 0.05） in traits of personality such as psychoticism （P） and concealment （L） among volleyball athletes with various levels, lengths of training and positions; in introversion and extroversion （E） among athletes of different sexes and positions; in nervous disposition （N） among athletes with different levels and lengths of training. Conclusion： volleyball athletes at college show strong team spirit, diverse personality characteristics, and undisturbed emotions; meanwhile, show visible inclination of concealment.
