摘要
采用文献资料、调查、数理统计等方法,对江苏省业余体校教练员的待遇、激励机制与其工作绩效的现状进行调查分析。结果表明:目前江苏省业余体校教练待遇相对较低,激励机制存在缺陷,严重影响了江苏省业余体校教练员的工作绩效。
Based on the literature review, survey and statistics, this paper investigated and analyzed the state quo of amateur coaches' treatment, motivation system and job performance in Jiangsu sports schools. Results indicated: the coaches' treatment is relatively low; there exist obvious defects in motivation system; that has seriously affected job performance of amateur coaches in Jiangsu sports schools.
