摘要
在美国金融危机蔓延、全球经济动荡的背景下,我国钢铁企业不可避免地受到了金融危机带来的一系列负面影响,如何抵御风险,度过难关是当前钢铁企业面临的重大课题。本文从金融危机对我国钢铁企业的影响入手,对金融危机给钢铁企业带来的经营风险进行了原因分析,提出了企业有效地规避、防范、抵御风险的措施。
The spread of financial crisis in USA and the turbulence of global economy have inevitably brought about a series of negative effects on China＇s iron and steel enterprises, which is faced with the problems of how to resist risk and get over the crises now. Starting with the effects of the financial crisis on China＇s iron and steel enterprises, the paper analyzes the underlying reasons and puts forward measures for enterprises to avoid, guard against and resist risks.
