词块与外语学习者作文质量关系的实证研究 被引量:4

An Empirical Study of the Relationship between Lexical Chunks and EFL Learners’ Writing Quality

摘要 通过对高低分数组学生写作中的词块使用进行对比分析,结果表明:不同分数组的英语学习者均大量使用词块,但高分组学生在频率上略高于低分组学生,并且在种类上呈现出较高的多样性。此外,词块的使用与作文质量有着显著的正相关性。进而根据分析结果提出了加强词块教学促进学生写作水平提高的若干建议。 By comparing the use of lexical chunks employed in the writing of low-rated and high-rated groups of EFL learners, the results indicate that both of the two groups use lots of lexical chunks, but the frequency of lexical chunks is higher and the diversity is greater in high-rated group than that in low-rated group. Furthermore, the use of lexical chunks is significantly related to the quality. Based on the findings, suggestions are proposed to strengthen the teaching of lexical chunks to improve the writing.
