摘要
要做好老年人的思想政治工作必须坚持情理结合。"情",是指对对方的关怀爱护和对其人格的尊重,双方情感上的交流与沟通。"理",是指从一定的思想高度并结合实际而阐明的正确道理。做老年人的工作只有把"情"和"理"结合起来,才能使对方情通理达,从而增强思想政治工作的教育和感染力量。
We must adhere to the combination of affection and reason in the ideological and political work for aged people. Affection means care and respect for the aged people as well as communication with the aged people. Reason means truth which is illustrated from certain level with facts. Only by combining affection with reason in the ideological and political work for aged people, can we make them open--minded, thus strengthening the force of education and infection of ideological and political work.
