摘要 在中国,肺癌的发病率及死亡率均居各恶性肿瘤的首位^[1],多数病人在明确诊断时已经为疾病晚期。因此,寻找一种有效的肺癌早期诊断方法是提高肺癌生存率的关键之一。对高危人群进行痰细胞学检查是肺癌各项诊断手段中最简便易行的一种方法，但由于多种因素的影响，它的敏感性相对较低。近年来随着新技术的发展，痰细胞学在肺癌早期诊断中的敏感性有了一定的提高。现综述如下，希望为肺癌的早期诊断提供新思路新方法。
