摘要
为了制备两亲性羧甲基壳聚糖,采用引入羧甲基和烷基的方法对壳聚糖进行研究,结果表明:制备出了同时具有亲水性和亲油性的新型两亲性羧甲基壳聚糖,说明通过对壳聚糖进行两亲性改性研究是可行的,为工业化生产两亲性羧甲基壳聚糖提供了有力依据。
In order to preparing amphiphilic carboxy methyl chitosan, carboxy methyl and alkyl were introduced into chitosan to prepare new type of amphiphilic carboxy methyl chitosan. The new type of amphiphilic carboxy methyl chitosan.with the qualities of both hydrophilic and oil-philic using octane bromide as alkylation agent was prepared. Amphiphilic chitosan modified research is feasible for industrial production of amphiphilic Carboxymethylchitosan.
