摘要
本文结合市政工程初步设计概算审查的实践与体会,就市政工程初步设计概算审查的目的、重点、准备工作和采用的主要方法,提出一些个人的观点、经验和体会。
Through summing up the personal practice in budget estimate examination for primary design of public works, the writer proposes some of his own opinions , experience and knowledge in terms of the purpose, focal points, preparatory work and main methods adopted in that examination.
