摘要
针对中等及轻交通等级的农村公路,通过正交试验和对比试验,研究了水胶比、低品质粉煤灰掺量及龄期等对混凝土抗折强度和抗压强度的影响,并得到了大掺量低品质粉煤灰混凝土路面的实用配合比。通过福州市农村公路试验路段建设及取芯试件试验,对大掺量低品质粉煤灰水泥混凝土路面的基本性能进行了验证。社会经济效益分析表明,在农村公路建设中采用大掺量低品质粉煤灰混凝土路面,具有显著的社会经济效益。
The influences of water - binder ratio, low - quality - fly - ash content and ages on the bending and compressive strength of concrete for rural highway pavements with midium and low traffic levels are studied by orthogonal testing method, as well as contrast testing methods. Beasd on the testing results, a practical mixture ratio for the pavements is suggested in this paper. The basic properties of large amount of low - quality - fly - ash concrete pavement are verified through the building of two test rural highway roads in Fuzhou city, as well as by core testings of various ages. Socio - economic benefit analysis shows that the use of large amount of low - quality fly - ash concrete pavement in the construction of rural highway roads has significant social and economic benefits.
