摘要
论述了研究开发新型炭素焙烧炉炉面接口组件的必要性和重要意义,通过对传统组件材质和结构的改进,达到炉面节能降耗的目的。应用结果显示新型组件较之传统组件,车间环境温度平均下降9℃,燃烧器底座温度平均下降191℃,减少CO2排放12kg/t炭素,年节约炉面辅助设备约34.73%,减轻劳动强度38.71%,节约钢材90.86%,取得了明显的经济效益。
It is necessary and important to reduce the heat loss and energy consumption from horizontal surface of anode baking furnace, the materials and construction of traditional contact equipment were improved, a lot of equipments for contact with open holes of baking furnace have been developed, As the result, the ambient temperature was decreased by an average of 9℃ ;the basement temperature of burner was decreased 191℃ ; the discharged CO2 was reduced about 12 kg/t anode;the contact equipments were saved 34.73 % and labor intensity has been reduced 38.71% ; the use of steel was decreased about 90.86 % per year. So that, the economic benefit make remarkable achievement.
