摘要
以包括城市的区域做为可持续的区域开发研究对象，探讨包括区域经济、住宅、环境、土地利用及交通在内的可持续的区域开发战略，分析在实施可持续的区域开发战略时可能出现的各利益集团之间的矛盾。
This study aims at developing strategies for sustainable regional development. Specifically, five sectors including environment, regional economy, housing, and land use and transportaion are primary concerns in sustainable development strategies. This paper introduecd Campbell's(1996) notion of planner's triangle' which explains conflict structure among regional planning goals such as economic efficiency, environmental protection, and social equity in achieving development cannot be accomplished directly, rather appoximately and indirectly through confronting and resolving the conflicts. It also concludes that the role of regional planners for sustainable development is crucial as negotiators resolving conflicts as well as creators innovating new strategies for sustainable development.
