摘要
为提高能源利用率,实现水泥工业的节能、低耗、高效发展,PC窑余热发电技术已得到广泛的重视,并进入快速发展阶段。目前,很多水泥厂家把水泥窑增设余热发电当成提高企业竞争力的重要手段。本文通过对巢湖铁道水泥厂1500t/d干法线的热工检测,分析余热发电的相关设备和数据,并对其余热发电的前景进行了预测。
For higher energy utilization and to realize economy energy consumption in China cement industry, waste heat generation of PC kiln has been given increasing attention and has entered into fast development. At present, many cement plants attempt to take waste heat generation as their competitive superiority. Based on thermal detection of Chaohu Rail 1500t/d procalcining line, the related equipment and parameters are analyzed in this paper. In addition, the prospect of waste heat generation is forecast.
