摘要
为了提高纺织企业生产效率、降低成本并提高其现场管理水平,分析探讨了7S管理方法的含义、内容相互关系及与ISO 9000的联系。以纺织企业推行7S管理方法为例,说明现场管理是企业管理的基础和关键,而7S是最基本的、最有效的现场管理方法,它能改善企业生产环境,提高生产效率、产品质量,提升员工士气;纺织企业如扎实推行7S管理方法,将给企业带来显著成效。
In order to upgrade the production rate for textile enterprises with low cost and high level of site management,analysis is done to the significance of 7S managment and the inter-realationships as well as with ISO 9000. Sampling 7S management in textile enterprises,it is pointed out that site management is the basis and essential to enterprise management whilst 7S management is basical and efficient to site manage- ment, It can improve production enviornment, upgrade production rate and production quality,as well as highten the morale of staff and more, strengthen the relationship with ISO 9000. Sampling shows that if the 7S management is well executed in practice,marked profit will be gained for enterprises.
