摘要
造成医疗纠纷的主要原因是医疗缺陷。探讨应用如下方法,首先,了解医疗缺陷的分类及其表现;其次,医疗缺陷的发现及标准判定;第三,医疗缺陷的处理不是医疗缺陷管理的目的,而是为了有效预防医疗缺陷的发生,以做好医疗缺陷管理工作。
The primary reason for medical dispute is medical defect. We used several steps to do with it： first, understanding the classification and manifestation of medical defect ; second, discovery and assessment of medical defect; third , the management of medical defect. Instead of disposal, effective prevention is the goal of medical defect management and therefore medical defect can be managed correctly.
