摘要
目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血尿酸(UA)水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法112例患者根据冠状动脉造影结果分为正常组、病变组,对其血清HCY、UA水平进行统计学分析。结果病变组与正常组间血UA、HCY水平比较均有统计学差异(P均<0.01),1、2、3支病变组UA、HCY水平均明显高于0支组(P<0.05,或<0.01);不同程度病变组间两两比较显示UA、HCY水平有统计学差异(P均<0.01)。结论血清HCY、UA水平与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关,对于冠心病的防治有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship by observing the recorrelation between indexs of uricoacid and homocysteine and the extent of coronary arterial stenosis. Methods 112 cases who had undergone diagnostic coronary angiography were divided into two groups: normal group, damage group. Damage group was divided into subgroups: 1-vessel coronary heart disease(CHD) , 2-vessel CHD and 3-vessel CHD. The major coronary arteries with significantly occlusive disease were examined. Uricoacid and homocysteine were compared between two groups. Results Uricoacid and homoeysteine in the damage group were higher than those in the normal group( P 〈 0.01 ) ,0 vessel group showed great difference in these indexs when compared respectively with 1,2and 3 vessels (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Indexs of uricoacid and homocysteine in J-vessel group were higher than those in 1-vessel group and 2-vessel group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Indexs of uricoacid and homocysteine in 2-vessel group were higher than those in 1-vessel group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Increased indexs of uricoacid and homocysteine are related to CHD.
