摘要
本文介绍了脉冲电晕脱硫脱硝的发展趋势。脉冲电晕放电是产生等离子体的方法之一,目前已达到工业性试验阶段,它是一种集脱硫、脱硝为一体的干法脱硫脱硝技术。这种方法是利用脉冲等离子体产生的高能电子,将HO-H及O-O键打开,使之成为自由基和活化粒子,在有NH3等添加剂存在时,与SO2及NOx反应,生成(NH4)2SO4和NH4NO3,然后由布袋过滤器或静电除尘器收集作为化肥用,该法具有显著的脱硫脱硝效果,成为目前的研究前沿。
This paper reviewed the development of the pulse corona plasma desulphurization and denitrogenation technology. Pulse corona discharge is one of the methods, which produce plasma in industrial test stage. It is a kind of dry methods for desulphurization and denitrogenation technology, which contain the two process in one installation. This kind of method is using high-energy electron produced by pulse plasma, rupure the chemical bond of HO-H and O-0, become radicals and activation particles. When NH3 additive existed, they respond with SO2 and NO, and generate (NH4)2SO4 and NH4NO3. Then passing cloth bag filter or electric dust collector, it is collected as chemical fertilizer. This method have notable desulphurization and denitrogenation effect, which has become the forward position of research now.
