摘要
溅渣护炉中氮气射流的实测结果表明,低滞止压力(0.53MPa)所产生的过膨胀超音速射流速度衰减快、偏移量大、冲击面积小、射流能量损失大。根据实测结果和射流对熔池的冲击能量分析,提出了溅渣护炉喷吹氮气的工艺参数。
The catually measured results show that the overexpanded supersonic jet velocity produced by low stagnation pressure (0.5 MPa) attenuates faster,deviates larer,impating area is smaller and jet energy decays more. According to the actually measured results and the analysis of lashing energy of jet on the bath, the process parameters of the nitrogen flow in slag splashing were proposed.
