摘要
采用水力模型的研究方法,针对马钢50t转炉溅渣护炉工艺进行了冷态模拟实验,得出的优化工艺参数为:高温溅渣,枪位为1600~1800mm,喷吹氮气的流量在11500NmVh以上,喷吹压力控制为1.0MPa。
By means of hydraulic model,cold analog experiments are undertaken on the process of furnace prote.Ction with slag splashing of 50t BOF in Ma Anshan Iron & Steel Corporation. The following optimization process parameters are obtained: When slag aplashing at high temperature,lance distance is about 1600-1800mm i the flow rate o f gas is over 11500 Nm'/h and pressure is 1. 0 MPa.
