摘要老年人消化性溃疡（peptic ulcer in the aged，PUA），是指60岁以上的老年人患有胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡，或同时患有这两种溃疡，属于一种特殊类型的消化性溃疡^[1]。近年来PUA的发生呈增加趋势，临床医生应当予以重视。本文回顾性分析我院2006年1月-2008年12月100例老年，总结老年人消化性溃疡的临床特点。
