摘要 制粉系统是电厂运行中不可缺少的设备,运行电耗较高(钢球磨煤机中间仓储式制粉系统其的电耗一般高达厂用电的20%左右)。如何降低制粉单耗和厂用电电耗,提高企业经济效益,是困扰电厂生产的历史性问题。对中储式制粉系统优化方式进行了分析,针对焦作万方电力有限公司锅炉制粉系统运行中存在的问题,提出了具体的处理措施,各项措施实施后,2008年制粉单耗比2007年降低了12%-17%。 Coal pulverizing system is an essential part of coal-fired power plant. The power consumption of this system is comparatively high. It even reaches to 20% of service power for pulverizing system with ball mill and intermediate silo. It is a historic problem to perplex power plant that how to decrease the unit consumption of coal pulverizing and the service power, and heighten the economic benefit of plant. This thesis gave the analysis for optimized way of pulverizing system with intermediate silo, and some concrete measures & suggestions base on the problems of this system in Jiaozuo Wanfang Power Corporation Limited. The unit consumption of the pulverizing system has decreased 12% - 17% after the measures & suggestions were implemented in 2008.
