摘要 针对蒸发器过热度控制系统的大时滞问题,提出采用预估器控制蒸发器过热度,该办法能克服大纯滞后,增强控制系统稳定性。仿真表明,其控制效果优于常规控制,而且当过热度的环境和采样时间发生变化和控制参数没有改变时,具有更好的稳定性和鲁棒性,对于大时间滞后系统是一种比较实用的控制方法。 In this thesis, a design method of Smith predicting controller is used for the problem of the large delay in temperature control system of evaporator. This method can not only overcome the problem of large delay, but can enhance the stability of the control system. The SIMULINK simulating result shows that the controlling effects of this system are better than that of PID controlling system. This method has a better stability and robustness, when the superheat and the sampling time are changed, so this method is more applied for the large delay system.
