正交实验设计法筛选荨麻颗粒剂的制备工艺

摘要 目的制备荨麻颗粒剂。方法采用正交实验设计法,以乙醇提取法分离提取总黄酮等有效成分,并以荨麻中总黄酮的含量为考察指标,考察了含醇量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对有效成分提取量的影响。结果荨麻颗粒剂的提取最优工艺为用85%的乙醇提取45 min,提取1次;制粒工艺为浸膏粉、微晶纤维素、乳糖,用75%乙醇作润湿剂制颗粒,湿粒干燥温度为60℃,制得颗粒符合要求。结论该制剂使用无糖型辅料制备荨麻颗粒剂,制法简便,质量稳定。 Objective To prepare Urtica fissa E. Pritz granules. Methods The active ingredients were separated and extracted with ethyl alcohol according to orthogonal design. The content of total flavones of Urtica fissa E. Pritz was used as study index. The influential factors for the extraction of active ingredients included the concentration of alcohol, volume of alcohol, time and frequency of extraction. Results The best technique of preparing the Urtica fissa E. Fritz granules was selected. Conclusions This preparation technique is simple, and the quality of Urtica fissa E. Pritz granules is stable.
