摘要
目的:研究2005～2007年北京天坛医院颅内动脉瘤患者相关用药情况。方法:采用药历管理软件对2005～2007年颅内动脉瘤患者用药进行统计、分析。结果:治疗颅内动脉瘤治疗需要各类药物联合使用,针对手术治疗、辅助治疗、并发证治疗选用恰当的药物。结论:用药情况与治疗原则相符,为该病种的药物合理应用提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of drugs in patients with intracranial aneurysms in our hospital. METHODS： The drug utilization in patients with intracranial aneurysms in our hospital between 2005 and 2007 was analyzed statistically using case history management software. RESULTS： The treatment of patients with intracranial aneurysms was needs concomitant use of various drugs. Drugs should be selected properly in surgical treatment, adjuvant therapy, and the treatment of complications. CONCLUSION： The drug utilization in our hospital was in line with the therapeutic principle. This study serves as a reference for rational drug use in patients with intracranial aneurysms.
