摘要
简述了杂散电流引起管道腐蚀的基本原理,针对城市轨道交通杂散电流的特点及测试要求,通过自行研制的设备对上海某煤气管道进行了管地电位和土壤电位梯度的现场检测.结果表明,管地电位的波动范围约为600 mV,土壤电位梯度高达49.8 mV/m,和周边地铁的运行规律一致;城市轨道交通产生的杂散电流对周围埋地管道的腐蚀会产生较大影响.
Outlines the fundamental of the pipeline corrosion caused by stray current. With respect to the characteristics of stray current and the inspection circumstance for urban rails system, a home-made e- quipment was developed for measuring the pipe-to-soil potential and soil potential gradient of the gas pipe- lines at Shanghai. The results showed that the pipe-to-soil potential fluctuated in a range of about 600 mV and the soil potential gradient was up to 49.8 mV/m, which was in accordance with the subway operation specifications, the stray current resulted from urban rails could strongly influence the corrosion of surrounding buried pipeline.
