摘要
建筑装修工程中科学的施工管理是装修质量、品质、工期的保证。着重介绍了甲方从工程开工到竣工在装修施工中的施工管理,归纳出施工管理的重要环节,并详细阐述了各重要环节的具体措施。
The scientific management in construction is the guarantee of decoration quality and time limit for a project in the building decoration project. This paper introduces the construction management of the first party from the starting of the construction to the ending of the construction, sums up some important links of the construction management, and expounds in detail the concrete measures for each important link.
