摘要
文中从高温超导体相分离中的两种矛盾作用(反铁磁关联作用及长程库仑作用)出发,根据实验给出的图象,试图在一定的近似条件下,用简单的能量运算对两种矛盾作用在定量上做一比较,以验证相分离理论的可行性。从结果中看出,在材料中广泛存在的条纹相钉扎趋势,及1/8掺杂对于超导电性的特殊性,并没有很好体现,这暗示着静态条纹相最终的稳定实现取决于更多的条件因素。
In order to prove the practicability of theory of phase separation, two contradictory interactions (AFM exchange force and long rang Coulomb force) in high-T C superconductor phase separation (HTSPS) were compared by means of quantitative energy calculation based on experimental figures, using some approaching conditions. The results cannot perfectly show the stripe phase stability trend in large ranges and the specialty of 1/8 doped on superconductivity. It indicates appearance of the static stripe phase lies on more factors.
