摘要
利用数值模拟方法分析了空间用微型同轴脉冲管制冷机内部气流交变流动和换热过程。给出了小孔型、双向进气型和多路旁通型脉冲管制冷机内部气流动态参数的瞬态变化,并分析了各动态参数变化对制冷机整机性能的影响。同时也给出了最佳小孔、双向进气和多路旁通开度下脉冲管制冷机的整机计算结果。
A computational modeling for simulating the dynamic performance and internal process occurring in a coaxial miniature pulse tube cooler has been developed. The effect of the orifice, doubleinlet and multibypass valves on the refrigeration power and efficiency of coaxial miniature pulse tube cooler are also discussed. The predicted results are useful in designing the coaxial miniature pulse tube cooler for space application.
