摘要
通过对篮球团队的再认识,以管理成熟度模型及协同的相关知识为依据,从实践的角度提出篮球团队协同建设的三阶段,分别讨论各阶段的特性、方法与过程以及评估标准与方法,为篮球运动的发展提供一个新视角。
Through realizing the basketball team again, this paper, based on the related knowledge of the management maturity model and synergy, proposes three stages of the synergy construction of the basketball team. Moreover, we discuss the characteristic, method and process, evaluation in every stage; therefore, this gives a new view for the development of basketball.
