考虑应变软化及剪胀的井壁稳定统一解 被引量:9

Unified solutions of well-bore stability considering strain softening and shear dilation

摘要 基于统一强度理论和弹脆塑性软化模型,考虑岩石应变软化和剪胀特性,对井壁围岩进行弹塑性应力和位移分析,推导出井壁围岩缩径问题的弹性极限荷载、井眼压力和井壁位移统一解,并给出了井眼压力、井壁位移与塑性软化区半径之间的关系.进一步分析统一强度理论参数、应变软化特性参数和剪胀特性参数对统一解的影响,克服了以往基于Mohr-Coulomb强度准则或双剪强度理论的理想弹塑性解的不足,所得统一解可适用于不同强度理论的各类岩石材料的弹塑性分析.以井壁位移或变形作为控制条件的工程,不能不考虑剪胀的影响. Based on unified strength theory and elastic-brittle-plastic strain-softening model, the elastic-plastic stress and displacement analyses for well-bore rock were progressed, considering rock strain softening and shear dilation. Unified solutions of elastic limit pressure, well pressure and well-bore displacement of well-bore contracting were deduced. The relationships between well pressure, well-bore displacement and the radius of plastic softening zone were obtained. The prominent effects of unified strength theory parameter, strain softening characteristic parameter, and shear dilation characteristic parameter on the unified solutions were also studied. Compared with the perfect elastic-plastic results of Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion or twin shear strength theory, the unified solutions can avoid their shortages. The engineering can not consider the effect of shear dilation, which is controlled by wellbore displacement or deformation.
