摘要
研究了POCl3-ZrCl4-Nd(CF3COO)3激光体系废液中锆和钕的回收方法,蒸馏回收POCl3后的废渣与碳酸钠溶液反应,其中的钕转化为碳酸钕沉淀,用盐酸溶解并将其中不溶的磷酸锆滤出,再用草酸沉淀,灼烧后得到氧化钕,其中未检测出锆;碳酸锆的络合物在加入9mol/LHCl后析出白色氯氧化锆,经重结晶后,所得氯氧化锆中钕的含量小于0.05%。
A new callback method for zirconium and neodymi. 'urn in the wastewater produced by POCl3-ZrC14-Nd(CF3COO)3 laser system was studided. First, POCl3 was reclaimed by disfiUation;Then,the residuce reacted with the solution of sodium carbonate,the neodymium in the residuce was translated into neodymium carbonate as deposit and then dissolved by hydrochloric acid,the zirco-nium phosphate as insolute was fdtrated,The neodymium was obtained in form of nedocymium-oxide by burning the deposit neodymium oxalate which formed by adding oxalic acid into the filtrate. There was not any zirconium in product nedocymimnoxide by ICP. Zirconium oxychlofide was achieved by recrystallization from 9mol/LHCl,the content of nedocymium in it was less than 0. 1% by ICP.
