摘要
[目的]观察针药结合与单纯针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效差异。[方法]根据患者的来诊顺序随机分为治疗组与对照组。其中治疗组42例,采用针刺配合中药内服治疗;对照组42例,采用单纯针刺治疗,10天1个疗程,共3个疗程。[结果]治疗组治愈36例,显效4例,有效2例,无效0例;对照组治愈27例,显效7例,有效8例,无效0例,两组治愈率分别为85.71%和64.29%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。[结论]针刺配合中药内服综合疗法的疗效优于单纯针灸治疗,值得进一步推广。
[ Objective]To observe acupuncture and Chinese herbs with a simple treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with acupuncture efficacy differences. [ Methods ] According to the order of patients to clinics were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. One of the treatment group 42 cases, the use of oral treatment with acupuncture and Chinese medicine ; the control group 42 cases, the use of a simple acupuncture treatment,a course of 10 days, a total of three treatments. [Results] cured 36 cases of treatment group were cured ,4 cases ,2 cases of valid and invalid 0 cases ;the control group cured 27 cases, seven cases markedly effective, 8 cases of effective and ineffective 0 cases, the two groups were 85.71% cure rate and 64.29% , difference between the two groups has statistical significance. [ Conclusion] The intake into the body with acupuncture and Chinese medicine combined therapy of acupuncture is more effective than a simple, worthy of further promotion.
