摘要
从阿是穴探源及科学定义、阿是穴出现机理、阿是穴表现形式、阿是穴有效治疗手段分析等对阿是穴作了考释。指出：阿是穴之异在于不定位的存在,体表的不定说明除已知穴位外,皮部、络脉（孙络、浮络）的参与,深浅的不定说明了经别、别络、经筋的参与。其中气血等精微物质在信息传递中发挥着重要作用。
