摘要
目的探讨冷超乳与传统超乳的技术比较。方法分别采用冷超乳的脉冲和爆破模式与传统超乳的连续模式进行白内障手术68例(68眼)。结果冷超乳术中的能量和乳化时间均明显低于传统超乳(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论冷超乳与传统超乳技术相比,可显著减少超乳能量,提高乳化效率,减轻对角膜内皮细胞的损伤,缩短手术时间,术后疗效更好。
Objective To make comparison on the technique between cryo-phaco and traditional phaco. Methods 68 cases (68 eyes) of cataract had undergone sugery of using the model of "Pulse" and "Blasting" in the device of "cryo-phaco" or by the way of "continue" model in the device of traditional phaco. Resuits The energy and the time of phacoemulsification in the surgery of "cryo-phaco" was less than that of traditional phaco (p 〈 0. 05), the difference was significant. Conclusion Comparing with traditional phaco, cryo-phaco technique can reduce the releasing of energy, improve the efficiency of phacoemulsification, reduce the damage to corneal endothelial cell, shorten the surgery time, and make better therapeutic effect.
