纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66义眼台与羟基磷灰石义眼台血管化速度的比较

摘要 目的评比纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66复合骨充填材料(n-HA/PA66)义眼台和普通羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼台血管化速度。方法20只新西兰兔分成A1、A2、B1、B2等4组,A组行眼内容摘除加义眼台植入术,B组行眼球摘除加义眼台植入术;1组植入n-HA/PA66义眼台,2组植入HA义眼台。每组分别于术后第4、5、6、7、8周各取1个标本,制作病理切片,测量毛细血管长入义眼台深度(mm),从而计算纤维血管化的百分率。结果相同手术方式,n-HA/PA66义眼台较HA义眼台血管化速度快,7周完全血管化(P<0.05);不同手术方式,相同材料义眼台血管化速度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论n-HA/PA66可成为新的义眼台材料。 Objective To contrast the vascularization process of nano-hydroapatite crystals and polyamide composite (n -HA/ PA66) and hydroapatite crystals (HA) artificial eyes. Medthods 20 New Zealand rabbits were divided into 4 groups (A1, A2, B1, B2). The A groups were operated by eyeball exenteration and implanting of artificial eyes, the eyeballs in the B groups were enucleated and artificial eyes were implanted. The group A1 , and group Bl , were implanted in n-HA/PA66 artificial eyes and the group A2 and group B2 were implanted in HA artificial eyes. Each group would be taken one specimen at the 4th,5th,6th,7th and 8th week to undergo patholagical procedure for the measurement of capillary vessel depth in the artificial eye, and the percentage of the vascularization was calculated. Results The n-HA/PA66 artificial eyes were vascularized more quickly than the HA in the same surgical operation method. It completed the vascularization process in 7 weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ). The vascularization process of the same material artificial eye had no obvious difference in different surgical opera-tion methods(P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The n-HA/PA66 may become a new material of artificial eyes.
