地奥司明治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的评价地奥司明治疗慢性静脉功能不全(CVI)的疗效。方法随机选择CVI患者64例,给予地奥司明450 mg口服,2次/d。治疗后10 d3、0 d6、0 d分别统计疗效。结果治疗后患者的下肢肢体水肿、肿胀感、沉重感、痉挛、疲劳感、瘙痒和疼痛等症状和体征有明显改善。结论地奥司明能有效改善CVI患者的临床症状和体征。
