摘要
对云芝进行糖蜜废水脱色处理的培养条件进行了研究。结果表明,摇瓶脱色培养最佳条件为:粗玉米粉15g/L;无需添加额外的氮源、磷源、镁源,过量的氮源反而会抑制脱色作用;最佳的培养温度、初始pH、装液量、转速以及接种量分别为:30℃、5.0、20%、150r/min和2%;锰离子、铜离子和木质素的结构类似物(如单宁酸、愈创木酚和苯酚)有促进脱色作用;而添加表面活性剂吐温-80不仅能大大提高脱色率,而且能明显提高菌体量。
The decoloration conditions of molasses wastewater via fermentation by Coriolus versicolor were studied. The results indicated that the optimal fermentation conditions for decoloration were as follows: grits 15g/L, culture temperature 30 ℃, initial pH 5.0, liquid volume in flask20%, shaking speed 150 r/min and inoculums size 2%. Adding nitrogen, phosphorus or magnesium sources showed little effect on decoloration of molasses wastewater and excess Nitrogen sources would inhibit the docoloration. Besides, manganese ion, copper ion and structural analogs of lignin (such as tannic acid, guaiacol and phenol) promoted the decoloration by Coriolus versicolor. Especially, adding tween-80 would not only greatly enhance the decoloration rate, but increase the mycelia content.
