摘要
广东的农村劳动力转移培训是一项系统工程,必须多方支持、多方参与。由于高职教育服务地方经济的职能及其自身特点和办学优势,使其在农村劳动力转移培训中具有其它教育培训不可替代的作用。本文探讨了在广东当前实施产业和劳动力"双转移"的背景下,高职院校如何积极应对经济欠发达地区劳动力转移培训的难题,充分发挥高等职业教育的办学功能和服务定位的问题,探索一条高职院校可持续发展的办学路子。
The transfer of rural labor force training in Guangdong is a systematic project,which must be given the multi-support,multi-participation.As the vocational education's characteristics,advantages of school,and its functions in servicing the local economy,so that the transfer of rural labor force training with other education and training play an irreplaceable role.Under the background current implementation of industry and labor 'double shift' in Guangdong,this paper discusses how the higher vocational colleges actively respond to underdeveloped areas of training labor problems,and give full play to the school of higher vocational education functions and services targeting the issue,and explores a sustainable development road in the higher vocational colleges.
